At the center sits an illuminated lantern positioned directly over the heart chakra, the symbolic home of emotion, intuition, and inner truth. The lantern represents guidance and awareness, a light carried within that helps illuminate the path from darkness.

Radiating outward from the sternum, this design expands into flowing ornamental structures and chrysanthemums. These flowers have long symbolized resilience, longevity, and the ability to flourish even as seasons change. Their layered petals create movement that spreads across the shoulders while softening the architecture of the piece, adding contrast.

Subtle rhombus and art deco star like patterns appear within the lantern and surrounding framework, echoing sacred geometry and the idea of alignment and harmony. The diamond shape has historically represented clarity, focus, and the meeting point of opposing forces, earth and sky, body and spirit. Radiating from the heart in opposing direction, North, East, South and West.

The overall structure tapers downward into a strong vertical form that visually elongates the torso while drawing the eye toward the center of the body. Negative space elements drifting across the shoulders create depth and dimension, allowing the composition to breathe while enhancing the sense of movement across the anatomy.

Together, these elements form a symbolic image of inner illumination. the idea that true guidance and clarity often come from within.
